Who is an Education Agent?
An education agent assists international students with the process of choosing an educational provider and enrolling in the right institution. - Agent must ensure that all candidate information collected through the application and registration process is securely stored;
- Agent must meet the expectations of the Australian International Education and Training Agent Code of Ethics.
What doesn’t an Education Agent do?
- Agent must not engage in dishonest practices;
- Agent must not engage in false or misleading marketing;
- Agent must not provide false or inaccurate information about a course;
- Agent must not provide false or inaccurate information about employment or migration outcomes;
- Education agent cannot provide you with migration advice. If you need migration advice, use a migration agent who is registered in Australia.
