How do I create a USI?

  Steps to create a USI:

• prepare a valid form of ID;
• go to the website: create a USI page;
• agree to the Terms and Conditions;
• enter your personal details;
• enter your contact details;
• confirm your identity;
• secure your account;

What types of documents do you need to apply?

  Documents:

• Driver's licence;
• Medicare Card;
• Australian Passport;
• Visa (if you don't have an Australian Passport);
• Australian Birth Certificate;
• Certificate of Registration by Descent;
• Citizenship Certificate;
• ImmiCard.

What if I am a school student?

  If you are a school student and participate in nationally recognised training, you will need a USI.

  If you are a school student who is not participating in nationally recognised training, you don't need a USI.

• RSA;
• RCG;
• White Card;
